I thought some of you guys would enjoy these. A buddy of mine was looking these over today some old guy in AL has a bunch of nice old trucks. The white one has a V8 CAT motor. The one in the middle with the drop visor is an 85 model. The bottom one is an 86 model number 131 of 359.

Nice! That numbered truck should be an '87 if it is a true numbered classic. Very cool old iron there. Ive got an '84 that I am rebuilding at the moment.

    3408 cat. Good motor,
Rollin coal if it had a numbered plaque in it, then it's def a 87 model. But could of had a build date on the door of 86. Very cool man, I run the old girl everyday and there's no other feeling like it. They turn heads everywhere they go.

Back in the '90's I drove a '86 359 with a white block 3406, that truck ran like the Dickens.

3208's a baby motor, physically not much bigger than an old 7.3 Powerstroke. The 3408's a beast though.

I had a 3408 in a 78 KW big bunk cab/over it could put out a black smoke screen better than a james bond movie at low rpm, but at hi. rpm it would pass every truck going up a hill!

He's got 3 of those numbered 359's. He told my buddy someone offered him $150K for that #131 but he won't sell any of them. He's a mechanic and used to wrench on these trucks for the farmer who owned them. The farmer retired the trucks to a barn and he ended up buying them several years after that. He's done well for himself with toys like that everywhere. I've got a bunch more pics I will try to get posted up over the weekend. Interior, exterior, motor etc.
