    That little scratch covered with a little flat white spray paint would've solved the problem.

    Put it on the pre-trip inspection. Then say, "But, I wrote it up earlier when I hooked up to it."

    Started driving for them last summer, dedicated run every week home for weekends. Hate what happened. It can ruin everything.

    That might be difficult as only the post trip is documented.

    That kind of damage on a trailer when picking it up would be reported immediately via the Qualcom or phone.
    You would not leave the pick up location in the mean time.
    Reporting it after you took off with it would simply be too late.

    And this advice is coming from Chinatown?

    yeah thats PAST a "little scratch" how could you NOT feel it? and or see when you made your turn you were about to hit something ??
