Company I work for has a 0 score, no violations and has 19 tractors that show up on fmcsa which is correct.
I was checking into another company and when I punch their DOT or MC # in, it says only 1 tractor. I see 5 with the same DOT and MC #'s. Is something fishy here?
Looked up 2 more local companies. 1 I know has multiple trucks, shows only 1 on the web site. The other has multiple and all show.

    ‘Olhand Thanks this.

It will say whatever number they reported when they filed the MCS-150 form. It is only required to be filed every two years, maybe they got more equipment after the last filing.

So much for being able to check a company out first.
