This motor has had me scratching my head. Let me start with this...
    NEW:
    TRS/SRS
    INJECTORS w/ORINGS
    BOOST PRESURE SENSOR
    FUEL CHECK VALVE AT HEAD
    FUEL FILTERS
    AIR FILTERS
    FRESH FUEL/CLEAN TANKS

This motor only breaks up, misfires, smokes ONLY when ambient temperature is above 50 degrees farenhite. Only breaks up between 13-1600 when I put my foot gradually back on the throttle after dragging or coasting a gear down or accelerating after a down hill. It clears up if I mash it and make it build boost.. Runs perfect in the cold. I don't get it. Sometimes I do feel as if it derates it self. I bought a new pedal sensor. I need to install it though. (My DDECIII is a donor ECU it's set a 430hp and my injector numbers were updated to the ECU. ANY IDEAS ANYONE?! I'm sooo fried with this.

Has your ECM been flashed recently? I occasionally see problems with fuel maps getting corrupted and weird things happen. Most common is it runs fine until you release your parking brake and then it runs rough. But I've seen other things too. Not saying that is your problem, but a thought at least.

The ECU is 100% not the program my truck had before I changed my motor and I will be getting it reprogrammed. I just wonder if it could be valve adjustment. Like they are too tight? I have to check with the overlap phase once it gets warmer around here. I know my injector heights are at 80mm which is fine. It just drives me nuts. When it's cold out runs great all day. When it's warm out runs like ####.

I agree. Have seen this before with ecm. Have it programming checked after you check for clean 12v+ and ground for ecm power supply.

I think my valve train is mal adjusted... I just noticed even full steam ahead in 10th gear at 1600-1700 rpm at 70mph. I can hear it in the exhaust the motor not smooth, like chopping up.. And when it's doing this, I can smell raw exhaust. Maybe intake valve isn't closing all the way or visversa

Hmm, idk... I've never really check fuel pressure. Id have to remove the fuel temp sensor and hook up a gauge and see what it reads.. Anyone know what it should read at idle and what it should read under power?
