You definitely won't be able to haul into the states. Some Canadian-Only companies drug test, some don't..

Some care about weed on a positive test, some don't.

It's kinda up in the air right now.

 

Drugs and driving don't mix never mind driving a commercial vehicle. Look into a different career

 

Honestly I see nothing wrong with enjoying it on the weekend, it's easy to tell if someone would be under the influence behind the wheel. Surely Mr. Rode Hogg isn't that dumb.

That being said, I think there should be federal guidelines set where all commercial drivers must be randomly tested for drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and porn.

Smoke all you like. Just don't drive or operated heavy machinery, is what they will come out with. So if you smoke pot stay out of the US because they will start checking hair samples.

 

I would rather a driver that goes home and uses marijuana every night than a driver that goes home and drinks alcohol.

 

Untill they find a way to test for blood thc levels to prove impairment no on ever smoking up.
