    I'm guessing they are getting claims against them placed by clients for unpaid invoices and or their overall creditworthiness is down significantly.

    Looks like a collection agency attempting to name and shame, not a bad strategy if they have a sufficient platform for it. Hopefully some claims against the broker's bond are also in process.
