Last year it was still standing, but all closed down. I never got the reason on why they closed it. The Pilot there is a joke.

 

West Memphis or the Pilot whorehouse in Birmingham. Both areas have drug dealers advertising on the CB.

 

The state bought it, they are redoing the exit ramps.

Yup,they're going to redo the entire Troutville interchange.

 

I miss the Giant in Gallup NM. Was always one of my favorites.

 

Stockyards was on 43rd and Halsted...What a place!
Calumet 76 was on 159th and i-94 in south holland..Loved that 1 too..FREE stean n egger with 200 gallons.

 

What ever happened to the Good Ole Days of Trucking and Truckstops....

 

Hi stayin', there was a rail yard down there 159th. I heard not get out of the truck there. Yeah, Halstead, another shiver down my back.
