split axle flatbed

Discussion in 'Flatbed Trucking Forum' started by samton, Jan 25, 2016.

  1. Yes. Say. First weigh. Spread axle

Weigh me on pads 1 and 2
Then I'll move to second position
    Pads 2 and 3

    Iron-Man and Chewy352 Thank this.

Cool. Usually I just weigh like a tandem trailer. If I'm close to 40k on the spreads I would drive on backwards and reweigh. The 2 position would be much simpler.

You ought to see them freak out when your trailer is not all the way on the scale. Yes some do know how to do it and some do not.

  9. Until you know how your spread will act. Keep up trying to get it to weigh spread on the CAT scale
