    can you let me know why you got two overweight tickets? didn't you scale it? if the tandems wouldn't move why didn't you go around scales? or better yet call owner tell them to fix it option 3 blow the scale the chance of the scale having a chaser car is slim to none. OK now your accident need more information about it. Lots of companies can understand overweight tickets.

    I didn't scale it and didn't slide the tandems. Entirely my fault. Call it what you want to. I knew I needed to slide them back but I didn't stop.

    I was getting ready to pull out of the dock so I pressed in both valves to release my brakes. Then I walked into the sleeper to turn off my laptop and the lights and stuff. In only few seconds the truck rolled out into the post. The passenger side slack adjuster and axle stopped the truck. No damage to the post. I just drove to the body shop the next day.
