    When i trained 10 years ago the trainer had to pay for a motel room if he wanted to go on home time. I finished training in 3 weeks.

    I'd pack my bags and hitch hike out of there.
    You have your cdl , so leave for a new job. Then email a resignation letter to headquarters telling them you resign because you were abandonded at a truck stop.
    Dozens of companies will hire you today.

    Lol but I thought this was "part of trucking"?? I'm keeping my cool for now. I have a very short fuse as it is. And don't want to be fired or get a crap trainer who's worse....I'm not a gambler. But i did learn a valuable lesson being here. Can't save money....and I don't have the room for a road pro oven or crockpot. Nor does he have one.

    He told me don't idle the truck I laughed and said too bad ill be comfortable

    No CDL yet.... It's not the companies fault at all guys. Don't think Millis is at fault here. My own stupidity is. They've compensated for anytime lost so far.

    Millis hooked a good one.

    2000 miles in 3 weeks, a trainer who leaves you in a truck stop for days on end. The only way you can claim it's your fault is if you blame yourself for picking the wrong company.
