Has anyone else noticed that the KFC buffets always seem to be away from certain neighborhoods? From what I've seen they tend to be in rural areas and away from the "inner-city." :)

    Also:

I just realized that you can get the T/A buffet for half price or much less.

The T/A buffet is $12 bucks to $14 bucks plus $2 for their soda, plus $4 tip = $18- $20 , but if you get it to go, they give you a big plastic food container and charge just $5 a pound. You get a lot of food in a pound. Mine usually comes up to a pound and a half ...$7 something. Drink my own soda. Total cost $7

The buffet is also a lot faster than a custom order.

1/2 pound, that would just be $2.50 a meal. Women can probably eat just 1/4 pound, that would be $1.25 a meal.

But that food sucks, I parked at the TA in Seymour last night and walked next door, had their famous BottleCaps, beer and a great bar cooked cheeseburger loaded with more jalapeños,
It was a tough morning down there :)
4 bucks is a great tip for a buffet

I don't drink, but do go to bars for food sometimes. It does tend to be better. Where I'm from (Connecticut), the best pizza was always made in bars.

I'm going to start doing that. I'm good with one big plate. $20 for lunch is too much for me.
