image.jpeg Saw this today. No idea what those weigh but I bet two 4" straps ain't enough weight wise and he sure doesn't have the minimum per length requirement met.

I know - " they are heavy they ain't going anywhere"

Well, I certainly hope he doesn't have to lock up the brakes. Those will be coming to visit him in the cab of he does. That is a very lazy or very ignorant driver.

I suppose it's possible there's some load securement that we aren't seeing here. But ya, that is... nuts...

No you guys are all wrong. He's in Texas and those are Texas straps. Way stronger than any of your straps.

That is crazy! I mean seriously, why even bother. I guess he figures if he has to lock em up for some stupid 4 wheeler, he's not going to be around to answer for his ignorance.

While I agree, could use more, in all fairness, I'd think these aren't going anywhere ( aside from something drastic) and they probably aren't going very far. Closing a lane not far away probably. I'd of at least put them agin the bulkhead.

If you look in the picture off in the distance you can see road construction signs.

I seen a driver that would never secure 4,400 lb concrete blocks. He said he was only going 5 miles and they weren't going anywhere. While I agree 999 times out of a 1,000 they wouldn't fall off, 999 times out of 1000 a cop will give you a big ticket for it. Not to mention a four wheeler cutting you off.
