Talk to a guy today in Fontana that I saw about six months ago who had the filter put on his early 90s WIA single axle day cab.
Next week will mark the one-year anniversary of him having the filter on his truck and he is had no problems with it since. He has a 290 hp Cummins M 11.
He had the filter installed in Fontana at a place called A to Z emissions at a price of $9200
The muffler you see in the picture is the actual filter and the electronic portion is mounted to the passenger side seat- he has the Johnson Matthey unit.Grijon, double yellow, areelius and 1 other person Thank this. -
He is a local guy works for road runner as an owner operator. They have other owner operators there, some who bought new trucks, some who are still running older trucks without the filter.
Here is the phone number for the garage that installed his filter, is the contact there is JoshuaLast edited by a moderator: Mar 25, 2016

How many miles? MPG?
-
Last fill up ( yesterday) 6.8 mpg. I have done 7.1, 7.0 is usually about average. The lowest I ever log was 6.5, and it was with a heavy haul load.

No noticeable drop then? Sounds like it's doing well for you
