You are 22 and live with your parents. Not that there aren't some folks of your age out there who are successful business owners, but owning a truck will require a whole lot more than $10K and some conviction.
The average I see from experienced drivers these days is $30K in cash on hand when you go to buy the truck... and that's not for the truck's cost.
What should I do next?

If you want to be your own boss, keep your company job and sell Avon on the side. You have a better chance of turning a profit and all the office chicks will love you.

Since you have the backing on driving OTR go to companies like Heartland, F&M they start you at 42 cents per mile, medical too. Do research on all truck hire and see how many companies will call you, and make your choice.
