    Yeah, that'd be my guess also. Kittery is the only other Werner fuel point in Maine.
    Don't know if the guy will make it... There's a lot of blood on that windshield and airbag. Looks like he ate that DOT bumper pretty hard.

    Report said he was driving erratically, so perhaps he had a health problem of some sort and lost consciousness. Prayers that he survives.

    It looks like the tractor trailer is sitting parallel to a rumble strip. The white line looks like the fog line. I don't know, but the picture looks like he is sitting on the shoulder.

    Second link states the truck was moving when it was hit. Driver thought it was a flat tire before realizing there was a van being dragged.
