Amber Triangle/Warn Engine* Indicators

Which filter did you clean, the DPF? How did you do that yourself?

 

Mine had to be sent out to a shop and baked clean......Good question HeavyD.
Not all dealers have the high dollar machine to do that.
Also mine showed a code for catalyst face restricted.The DPF cleaning fixed that problem.

 

My upside down idiot triangke and warn engine light is on now. Been on for about two hours. I noticed something wierd about my truck regenerating yesterday after I left home. I ran in some rain pooled on the interstate and wam theres the light... This happened once before for only a moments time. Any information will be appreciated. .

 

Not much to tell you, you have to see what the code(s) are coming up and go from there. Since you have both the triangle, (engine warning) and the engine symbol, (emission fault), something serious could be happening. Check your fluid levels too. You will need to take it in to have it checked out.

 

Can someone do a YouTube video of this and where is everything located that will be so much help showings us steps on where the problem could be iam getting that yellow triangle warn engine as well

I have a 2008 international 4300 maxxforce 7 with upside down triangle on! Changed all 3 sensors on exhaust and still on! Any suggestions

 

Yeah, stop throwing parts at it and get the codes scanned.

 

C'mon people. I think I speak for most when I say we love to help when possible, but common sense has to play a part sometimes! "My truck is broke, anybody got any ideas?"

 

It was hooked to computer they said sensors needed changed! That's what I done! Don't worry I won't expect anymore smart ### answers!
