Maybe in your dump of a state, but it's extremely illegal in most states. Had someone do that to me, the labor board reemed them sideways by the time they where done with them. Each day over 72 hours I didn't have my paychecks, they got charged a day's wage, and since they held two checks, it was double. Then it turned out they had incorrectly figured breaks on top of that and they got hit with other fines on top.
Was a nice chunk of change when the state seized their bank account and all the fuel they had to pay me.John Dewart, Toomanybikes, Jonkie and 2 others Thank this. -
All he needed to do was read the big letters on the trailers.

In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as anewsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion,[3] often for their own amusement.
This sense of the word "troll" and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, but have been used more widely. Media attention in recent years has equated trolling with online harassment. For example, mass media has used troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families."[4][5] In addition, depictions of trolling have been included in popular fictional works such as the HBO television program The Newsroom, in which a main character encounters harassing individuals online and tries to infiltrate their circles by posting negative sexual comments himself. -
Setting in a office with the president of Jordan piledriving in Mobile Alabama a few weeks ago. He spoke of a truck driver they hired with a very clean work history, after the first week they noticed gas receipts on his fuel card which was diesel fuel only. Come to find out he admitted to getting drunk and filling up all his buddies cars with gasoline. Over $700 worth of gasoline in two weeks, fortunately one of his checks was held back and they kept it, their lawyer gave them the ok on it. Probably more of them type guys out there than what we know of........ So 45 days? Hmmmmm.
