Bluetooth ..?

My WS came with it thru the stereo from the factory, it sucks, so I use my Blue Tiger headset. My Silverado has it from the factory, and it works great.

 

Supposedly hard to hear me, and muffled. I don't think it's back ground noise, this truck is much quiter than my KW's were. I'd say just a crappy system.

 

Cat,how about getting one like your wife's one and installing it in your truck?

I have a build in one(german) and works great.

 

Haven't ever had one over a stereo that worked worth a darn. Headset works great. But like was said look goofy wearing one in public. I Just don't talk on the phone in the truck stop or just go back to the "old fashioned" way.

 

I had the same issue in my T800 with the Kenwood stereo bluetooth and turning up the mic gain during a call dramatically improved it.
