West Side Transport Starting Orientation Next Week

Hey all, I've been AWOL from the forum for quite a while. Well, here is the deal, I turned in my Swift truck last week at the Rochelle, IL terminal and start orientation with West Side Transport Next week. Are there any West Side drivers here who can give me any heads up on what to expect? The weekly minimum pay commitment was mandatory in my choice of a new carrier to drive for.

BTW, I quit swift 7 weeks ago and let my DM, his boss, and the terminal manager talk me into staying. I did with the requirement that I get a minimum of 2500 miles/wk every week. Swift just could not make it happen. it is what it is, I got a good 6 months in, after over 11 years off the road. It gave me a restart, time to move forward.
