I think you made a typo. The 6.7 Powerstroke didn't come out until the 2011 model year. 2008 was the first year of the 6.4

Peter: Brian, can I see that paper for a sec?
Peter: Huh... that's odd... I thought that would big news.
Brian: You thought what would be big news?
Peter: Well there seems to be an absence of a certain ornithological piece: a headline regarding mass awareness of a certain avian variety.
Brian: What are you talking about?
Peter: Oh have you not heard? It was my understanding that everyone had heard...
    Brian: Heard what?
    Stewy: Brian Don't!
Peter: OH WELL THE BIRD, BIRD, BIRD, BIRD BIRD IS THE WORD. OH WELL THE BIRD, BIRD, BIRD, BIRD BIRD IS THE WORD. OH WELL THE BIRD, BIRD, BIRD, BIRD BIRD IS THE WORD. OH WELL THE BIRD, BIRD, BIRD, BIRD BIRD IS THE WORD. BRIAN DON'T YOU KNOW ABOUT THE BIRD? WELL PETER IS GOING TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE BIRD. OH WELL THE BIRD, BIRD, BIRD, BIRD BIRD IS THE WORD. OH WELL THE BIRD... SURFINNN BIRD.

After reading through this entire thread I have come to some conclusions.

-You are confused of the difference between actual weight of a vehicle and its gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)

-You are a rookie taking the word of some other know nothing. Most likely your otr trainer who had 6 months experience.

-You are a job hopper who is bored riding a Greyhound to another orientation somewhere and just need something to do. So why not troll a bunch of truck drivers in your free time. To you, truck drivers are dumb and gullible.

    -Youre enjoying all this attention.

    -Or, youre just an idiot.

Whichever... Post up your scale tickets to prove it. I cant think of a reason why anyone would need a bobtail scale ticket anyway, unless you were in the power-only drive away business, which you are not since you stated you were at Western Express.

How did we end up with the Gov regs written for 5 year olds? As Paul Harvey would say, "Now you know the rest of the story".

After reading this I've come to the conclusion that you don't even know me to come to ANY kind of rational conclusion and I will post the scale ticket as soon as I'm able to.

I learned a long time ago that the words "never" and "always" should be used cautiously.

While the weight of the truck may not be "average", it is possible.

The problem is tho without some major aftermarket modification it isn't possible therefore the word never was used correctly. Even tho WE is a mega there's no way in hell they would allow a truck into their fleet with that kind of bobtail weight.

There was this conversation at the strip club, a girl that had an A cup that swore up and down she had double D's. Another girl with a nice set of Cs tried to convince her that she was only an A. A cup replied that she has a nipple peirced and that automatically makes hers a double D. A girl with a a true set of D's said, "Show me your tits!", but Miss A Cup refused to take off her sweatshirt. "I can't. I'm leaving. I found a better job."

The other girls wondered if she was trolling or really that stupid.
