Out of your list and priority ranking I would choose roehl.
They are ran by military folks as well as tmc.
One of the easier companies to get onto.
75k miles is nothing.
Schneider has a 14/7 tank regional. Would be good to your list.
Have you looked into Sysco or Kroger?
They need drivers always. Kroger pays something awful like $13 /hr + 1cpm lol but its home every night. -
1cpm? WTF?????

I called Schneider again recently but never got a call back.
I did apply at Sysco. They have a warehouse about 30 minutes away but haven't heard anything from them either.
After talking to her again today and not 100% sure how getting back from Gary would work I decided to just wait and start orientation after christmas. That way I don't have to worry about anything and gives me a few weeks to get all my ducks in a row. Just seemed to make the most sense.SouthernThunder Thanks this. -
Guys, I have been talking with a Roehl recruiter for about a month now. I have about 3 years experience overall driving CDL. They will be starting me at about .45cpm, I will get flatbed training, they will fly me from Vegas to Orientation in WI. (there or Gary) for Orientation & Tarp trng. They will pay for everything; flight, hotel, food, plus $100 daily pay, etc.
At the end of this apprx. 2 week trng. I will go solo flatbed 14/7 and will have NO CONTRACT to worry about!!!! Just wanted to clearify the BS that there is a CONTRACT FOR ALL....... NOT!!!!
Also, I've worked for Crete, another good BiGGy, that PAYS GOOD, JUST SLOW ROLLING at 63 or 65mph, also has the "stop yo ###" safety feature if youre about to hit someone (which personally I hate).
Lastly, Ive never been a O/O, but I like the fact that Roehl has ALL OPTIONS AVAILABLE. From 7/7 on/off, to all the diiff types of trailers, to O/O lease opt. plan... I HOPE TO BE HERE A WHILE. Will start trng soon, will keep yall posted. -
Sounds good, but you will have to slip seat the truck on a 14/7.

That's a lot of abouts @MadMax17
Think you are about to be pissed off & underwhelming. Better to KNOW.
Text the recruiter and get it in writing before u go out.
