Actually unless a DOT certified cop does the long inspection form there is no PSP. The OPs biggest worry will be the MVR. No ticket = no MVR entry.

I told my company about it, but the people I interviewed with didn't ask me about accidents...
The only thing that got messed up was the top of the truck and the insulation... It's not as bad as I thought it would be when I got out and looked..
The reefer unit might be a bit damaged as well... -
I hate to ask an otherwise obvious question, but you didn't see the low clearance sign before coming up to the bridge? Usually they're posted 1/4 mile away or further depending on the speed limit of the road.

It was very hard to see being behind a log truck.. The underpass was right after a VERY sharp turn..
I saw a part of the sign and said to myself "wth did that sign read?" and right after I thought that, I saw the underpass and tried to stop but it was too late...
The sign was only yards away from the pass... -
Wouldn't he have had to get at least a warning of some type for it to show up on his PSP?

It is likely that they will verify your experience, including whatever you had done for this temp service. And when they do this, they send a form that will ask if you had any accidents or incidents or some such junk while you worked for them. You may have an issue when or if the temp service discloses the accident you had that you didn't tell the company you interviewed about.
