    Hi again this is a question to drivers that had to revers a careless (not reckless) conviction and succeeded and how hard was. I'm having problems to find a lower to represent me all want accidents that they can sue the insurance and the only way so far is with ticket clinic for $150.00 they can file a motion but not guaranties

    What's the question? If you can't find a lawyer that willl try and get this reduced then chances are slim that this ticket clinic can and then you'll be out $150.00.

    not that I know of.I had a reckless charge and let time take it's course.If you already paid the ticket then you'll have to do the same.
