I wouldn't do flatbed as an O/O without at least one year OTR experience in flatbed. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches learning what shippers aren't worth showing up to on the company dime.

Personally, I think you should sit where your at if your making a fairly decent check, do you have benefits? Being a O/O is fine, I've deem there, but it comes with a few headaches, just my opinion, just to add, getting a million dollar policy will be hardDominick253 Thanks this.
