Lost physical license

First call to your bank to cancel the debit card.
Second call to your company to cancel the fuel card, and(a big AND), hope the company has as a procedure a photo copy of your drivers license. They can fax, email or Text a copy to you. That will get you back to your home base and then you can go to the DMV for a replacement license and your Bank for a new Debit card.

 

Im guessing ur not in ur home state,it happened to me in my personal vehicle,cop said to fax him a copy of my license when i get home.i memorize my cdl# and expiration date

 

Just for future reference always keep a nice copy of license and medical card in your permit book!
