Was talking with my wife yesterday (yesterday was hard) about how we had 5-6 good days and then a hard one. And this one day feels so draining. But then you look back and realize that you are comparing awful days to bad days and fighting to get to a neutral day. If we had day like yesterday in January that would have been considered a good day.

 

How are Anne and Craig, Bill? I saw they wiped out their truck in Wyoming

 

Good luck to all of you! I returned to the business this time last year. I run my own numbers and it is a tough business.
I've made a lot of mistakes myself and like you all there are good days and bad!

They are back in Chattanooga while truck is getting repaired in Denver. Anne was in the office yesterday. She is in pain and making sure there is no serious damage. But I think the bigger issue is Craig having to sit around for 2-weeks.

We are all keeping positive thoughts and prayers that she only has pain from getting tossed around the truck and nothing more serious.

 

If I wrote down all the mistakes that we have made in this business it would rival War and Peace in terms of length.

 

I think the trick is learning from them.
I'm hard headed though and sometimes it takes me awhile! But I also use my hard head to keep going even when I think I can't do something.
I can only imagine what you all go through!
You all have a lot of people depending on you!
I only have a few people and the money I have invested in my new/ old adventure.

I'm surprised these personal attacks by brand new accounts are being allowed to continue here.

 

The people who KNOW Bill and Lauren are not bashing them and are, in fact, 100% behind them. That should be telling. A guy like Bob starts a new account just so he can attack. I don't know the guy but I am less than impressed.

What is pissing me off right now is that as a team, I know Anne and I could help to turn this around more quickly but we are shut down for two weeks while the truck is in the shop.
