I have no skin in this situation, and therefore will take no sides. I truly hope the best for all concerned. I've been at this game for quite a few years and have seen my fair share of ups and downs and there were times when there seem to be more downs than ups. All I will say about this situation is that trucks have to be paid on time. If the boss and office workers miss their checks in order to get the trucks paid, then so be it. Without the trucks, nobody really has a job. Hope it all works out for everyone.

The problem is in this business that the owner and the office drones won't go without. They will sit back and laugh about the "stupid" truckers not getting paid. And when the trucker has had enough and refuses to haul over not being paid, they want to hit him with load abandonment. They sure love to play games in this industry. That is until the trucker that does have a brain gets back into town and demands payment and knows he has the law on his side

I DO NOT HAVE THEIR TRAILER and the 2 loads their referencing are:
1-1st load going out was the load I refused
2- 2nd load was back haul, preplanned after 1st load was to be delivered.

    Now that answers those questions!!
    No more needed to say...

I can understand F2F getting a piece of the pie if they find their O/O's loads but if the driver finds his own load why are they still getting 20%? Doesn't sound like a very ethical business practice. I never quite understood the business model of F2F and the hype around it.....

lol, Ya know I've seen that a lot especially in the brokerage community.

Funniest part, Customers have the look of bewildering on their faces when They are Notified of such practices by said brokers.

Arrow Trucking's Pielsticker did it, Planned it out thoroughly, And Ran with the tail between the legs.Lugging some $$$ with him.

Point is, There are Bad,Bad,Bad people in transportation, Especially Today. Hard to put trust and Faith in people anymore.
