Have any of you opted to have a hotel room just for yourself?

I would recommend it. It's a one time thing, hopefully. I was reminded of a story I heard once where two people stayed in a room. One peraon, knowing they would fail a drug test protested his roommate to pee for him. When the roommate refused the guy sprinkled some coke on his food and both people failed.

True? Who knows, but it reminds me how twisted some people that you don't know can really be. Buy the room for a few days for peace of mind, you will make that money back in days anyways.

Oh I thought it was orientation, I'd still opt for the solo room. The school I attended made you partner up but I got lucky, was local. If your worried about partnering up with someone I'd go to a local school.

 

I feel ya brother, not keen on sharing a room with others I don't know, fortunately the companies I was with put me in hotels all by my lonesome, but I came in as experienced, not a noobie, but if I was told I'd be sharing a room, I'd ask if I could have my own room and see if they would cover half the cost, and I'd cover the other

 

I don't blame you.Some other guy got his own room while attending CRST school.If you have the money I say go for it.

 

Get your room. Live well one day a week. Get a steak. pour some tabasco on it. order a porno. sleep the whole day.

If they assign you a room mate just tell them you just got out of prison and are looking forward to sharing a shower. They will pay for a new room leaving you alone.
