Of course the reaction would be different if it were some other company being discussed.

That, and abusing equipment, not caring about on time service, not wanting to give updates. This is all integral to customer service and expected as outlined at orientation.

Are all these allegations untrue? Perhaps someone from the company ,and not one of their drivers, could respond directly to each of the claims made above.

nd you equate all those things with being a company driver?
I'll bet you were never ever a company driver,or if you ever were, you consider yourself the exception.

Nothing happened with the factoring company. Unless something has changed since the weekend, we're still using the same factoring company we did when I hired on last spring. The fuel cards work just fine, after a few glitches when we switched over to NASTC FleetOne (which is giving us the promised discounts) from EFS/TCH (which did not).

Yes, there are problems. Me, I'm here until I retire or until they close the doors. I hope it's the former, not the latter.

A part of the problem, I think, has been that BBB and Mrs. BBB are too willing to help people and too reluctant to go after people who give them the shaft. I'm not going to get into specifics, but I know for a fact that if every O/O who borrowed big money for repairs and then promptly disappeared in the 10 months I've been here paid back what they owed, we'd be caught up on O/O settlements tomorrow and have enough left over for BBB to buy that second Benz you say he has. If all their equipment was returned by the people who disappeared with it, there'd be enough left over to pay the entire office payroll for a couple of weeks as well.

I drove for nearly 10 years, the last 5 of those years in trucks I owned. If I hadn't made the mistake of trading in a paid-for FL Century for a ProStar that ate $40k in 6 months, I'd still be on the road. Knowing what I know now, I'd have the F2F logo on the door of that Freightshaker if I still had it.

Try reading the thread dude instead of expecting others to spoon feed you what is already here. The owner (BigBadBill) has already responded in it. He has admitted he is having financial issues and is running behind on paying (slow pay).

I'm sure BigBadBill is busy trying to pull the company out of its tail spin so he isn’t on TTR contently to respond to ever new question someone is posting but he has not been hiding and has tried to address this as an adult even with dealing with the childish overreaching attaks (Ponzi scheme?, Arrow trucking?, please) that some think are apocopate.

dude, there is more questions in the quote than just merely slow payment. Perhaps if you read my comment, dude, you would see I was directing my post to someone who is a member of the company management, and not from cheerleaders on the outside, dude.

Of course I have been a company driver. And it is common knowledge that it is extremely hard to find a good driver who treats the equipment as good as the owner would. That is why many o/o do not expand into being fleet owners. An o/o leasing to F2F and using their trailers on a dedicated run should take care of the equipment. They should not abuse it and drop at a customer with flat and/or worn out tires, holes, or anything else causing it to be OOS and fail to notify anyone until the next driver shows up. That is the BS a lazy ####### who hates their job at swift would do, not an owner.
