I think you have to have like 10 posts before you can send a personal message... But if your looking to send personal messages in the future go to the top of your screen and click on "inbox" then select "start new conversation" and in the area where you type the persons user name put @before the name....

I used to work for Pacer, before they were bought by XPO. I'm a company driver for a company that does local and be home same day regional. We have o/os. I'll talk to them tomorrow and see if they're looking for o/os now.
