So... Putting it another way...
Some believe that 80% with F2F is going to be a higher figure than 100% if running solo.
Some people get too caught up with paying someone for something and not seeing that the bottom line may actually be bigger.
Until one runs real numbers, which the Drivers at F2F have available, no one can say that paying someone 20% is a rip off.

If I were bill, I would not waste my time answering every question from those not envolved personally. He will just be wasting time chasing his tail from one question to the next accusation. He has admitted to have stumbled and is working with his team to turn it around.
Just my two cents worth.Lone Ranger 13, HDFatboy, RedBeard and 2 others Thank this. -

I was NOT going to respond anymore to this thread, but I had to make this CLEAR!!!!!!!
Bill (stand up guy),
Calling you for what? Each time we spoke...you said you would pay...but did not (excuses)! So why must I keep calling you? The 2nd week we had the slow pay problem I spoke with your wife and I told her I would gladly RETURN TRAILER at that point (min. was owed me at the time) and we could part company without any hard feelings, but she BEGGED me to stay on and ASSURED me that everything was going to be normal and direct deposit would start next pay cycle (the next week), well...that was NOT the case...a month later, SLOW PAY to now NO PAY. Just pay your bills...ON TIME!!! We would not be here now!! You could not even give me $500 (YOU VOLUNTEERED that AMOUNT) and still did not deliver...WOW.
Remember, I got ALL the stories from you guys, about how you loaned MOST of the O/O's money and that's why you are in the financial situation you are in...I NEVER asked to borrow any $ from F2F, I just wanted what was due me...ON TIME without ALL the LIES and EXCUSES. If the rolls were reversed...YOU would have cut me off!! You guys at F2F would send us emails sayin...DO NOT BOOK freight with certain brokers because we have claims or SLOW or NO PAY, etc., why should F2F be any different?
As for having plates, etc.:
Plates, bills, etc. was sent by mail. I am not the type of "grimy" O/O that would use your plates, trailer and or authority to run for some other carrier or broker (as you guys have told me other o/o's have done in the past) after NOT being paid. NOT MY STYLE. You REFUSE to pay me...IT WILL BE ON YOU!!
As for having trailer:
The trailer was left (where is was to be loaded) after F2F was unable to pay me. Bill, asked if I would continue running until his finances were straight, I refused...I guess he did not like that, so he said, "I do not know for sure when I will be able to pay you or how long it will take F2F to get back on track, but It might be best if you find another carrier to work with", I agreed, then I was told I was terminated (mind you, still owing me $2500 from previous week, now $3500 a week later) and then a week later (still NO PAY), they want me to go pick up trailer and return it to TN with NO $ paid to me on THEIR word, they will pay me when I get there...
As for abandoned load(s):
Tom knew the Friday before, if I was NOT paid, I was not taking load! I was supposed to be paid that Thursday, I spoke with Tom Thursday morning, he said call back that afternoon...called back, NO $ available, Tom said call Friday morning I will get paid, called Friday morning...NO $ available, Tom said call back that afternoon, I called Friday afternoon...Tom says "NO $ available", then when I became frustrated with his answers, Tom became frustrated with my concerns for NO pay and we ended our phone conversation unpleasantly. But, before I hung up (that Friday) from Tom, I made it VERY CLEAR, If there was NO $ Monday, I was NOT taking that load on Monday (Tom knew about load(s), he was the person who setup all of these loads prior), well...guess what...that's right, that's why we are here now...Monday NO $ available.
All I wanted was to be PAID what was due me!!
As for the O/O's leased on with F2F, if you guys are satisfied with SLOW pay...Good For You, Not For ME...For you O/O's NOT having pay issues...EVEN BETTER...it's obvious F2F makes different arrangements with each O/O for settlements.
Good Luck To ALL
...and STILL NO HARD FELLINGS BILL...JUST BU$INE$$
But your right Bill...We will deal with it LEGALLYold time, ReeferOhio, roadmap65 and 7 others Thank this. -

We just don't hear about it.skinnyb01 Thanks this. -
Good Evening Bill. Sorry to hear about all the mess that has gone on the board here. Just so everyone reading this knows I was leased on to F2F for a short while. My objective when going to F2F was to learn all that I could and hopefully be a successful O/O under my own authority. It has taken awhile but I finally took the step and Im out here. It's not easy and I don't think alot of guys understand all the in's and out's and of what it takes to make it. All that I can tell anyone about F2F is that when I left, I didn't owe them money and they didn't owe me any. I hope things work out for yall.
George W.HDFatboy, NoCoCraig, ruffrider and 1 other person Thank this. -
