Dude I have worked on both sides of the desk ordering trucks and well now driving them. Believe me this company so does not micro manage you, and yes like all companies some personalities do better here than others.

For the most part many of us are happy, but we also set our expectations correctly coming in, again this is not always the best place for experienced drivers...sort of depends on what you can do and what you want to earn.

If a quick call to a dispatcher to let them know what's going on, shoot the crap and hang up and keep moving is considered micromanagement, then I guess we are guilty as charged...

Well I'm here in Fargo and everyone's asleep. Running up to grand forks in the am to grab some Noodles to run to another driver in St Cloud. Then grabbing a load of fries to Ga.

I don't check this thing everyday but when I do.... I am always amazed

 

Yeah old cow humper and ssb and their followers need a swift kick but liken @runningman0661 said, they will always make sure we don't meet them.

 

I noticed he's not saying a word about driver that just posted about having to sit in Henderson for 4 days(no layover pay) waiting for a load.
