That's because they're forum members remember. They post good posts so Magnum gives them good miles!

Hey @Cowtipper here's something for you...

I just love the turkey loads, sat for nearly 5 hrs, but because I was 30 min early, my actual detention was 2.39 hrs LOL...

HeavyHauler33, Pigbacon and Ordy19 Thank this.

I PM'd him asking for a truck number so we can discuss this face to face, I have yet to get a response. I have never backed down from what I have said in the past, and have no problem saying it in person.

Kinda funny though. All it took was a few days of spirited debating to bring out peoples true nature. Some debated like adults, allowing another point of view. Some stood politely in the background not getting involved. Yet others chose to show their lack of maturity by stooping to name calling. Now any driver that comes here to get some insight on what to exepect from their potential co-workers can see how easily some are so easily provoked to show their dark side, and this is from an internet forum member. How likely are they to show patience when a confrontational issue arises with a shipper/reciever with an attitude or that troublesome 4-wheeler that insists on repeatedly showing their arse. Both of which have potentially negative consequences for the entire company if the driver reacts like they have over a simple bunch of forum posts. I am willing to bet, had I continued to press and post along the same lines, the offer to kick my butt would have been proposed.

Sorry. Getting under paid on what the company says the miles are on the load no longer interests me. Once you go hub miles, it would be tough to go back to what ever pay type Magnum uses (as in short route, practical, etc.), no matter how fair it seems, you can't beat being paid for every mile...ummmm and that includes the miles from my home time delivery customer to my house, no matter how far it is. Can any of you Magnum driver claim that they gross in the mid $60's on a little over 300 days away from home, on a regular basis? If I turn 120k miles (10k a month) I gross $60k, plus stops, plus any hourly pay for stuff like drug tests, physicals, random local work. See, I don't share snackbar's dislike for Poly mainly because I got lucky with my equipment. If I had as many issues keeping a truck on the road as he did, my attitude towards them may be different. Best wishes all.
