Campbell soup co has a customer called walmart. Walmart is notorious for paying it's business partners very slowly. Should Campbell stop doing business with walmart because of this? Are they stupid for sticking with their customer?
Rolling coal does a lot of business with f2f. Settlements have been a bit late recently, he has made the business decision to weather the storm. It's a risk, just like every decision in business, but the people giving him grief for sticking it out with his customer are ridiculous.

Is settlements being slowed down a good thing? Of course not. But it happens, and its up to each individual to decide if they want to stick with their customer or find new customers. No one would blame a guy for leaving, that can be done at any time. It's how you leave that separates the professionals from the vast majority that are little more than a warm butt in the seat.

Campbell's would not abandon wal mart, but Campbell's didn't stiff their employees for hours worked.

You just messed up the employee relationship with business to business relationship. The owner op is campbell and walmart is the carrier.

In theory yes. However, Campbell's collects receipts and pays its employees, the employees have no recourse to wal mart for their wages, f2f collects receipts and then pays its contractors, business associate, employee, it's semantics, but they count on f2f to make them whole. Business to business sounds very important and corporate, but f2f collects for said "driver" and has not forwarded payment. Where are collected funds?

From what I've gathered they are a few weeks late at the very most.

This is what we know: a couple brand new accounts that we've never heard of have made some accusations against bill. a well respected contributing member of ttr for the last several years. Bill has responded to those accusations with his side, and even gave suggestions on how to pursue legal action against him if the accusations had any validity. He had stupid up and stayed he dropped the ball which allowed things to go down hill, but is now back in the saddle and working hard to get things back on course.

A main point that needs emphasis, he flat out said, if the claims are valid, this is how you sue me. What else can we ask of the guy?

Yes it does happen and yes it's unfortunate.
I get what you're saying though Spyder.

It all comes down to how each O/O is running his business.
Just because they don't have alot of money week to week doesn't make them scum bags.
They depend on their carrier to pay them on time as they should.
As we all know it can be a struggle to keep the wheels rolling.
F2F has been around long enough to know how it works and really it shows a problem somewhere in the company, when some customers pay slow it shouldn't put the whole operation in jeopardy.

On the flip side I'm sure Bill is doing his best to plug the holes and keep the ship from sinking.
He has loyal operators that are sticking with him and hopefully it will pay them dividends in the near future.
