That is not what defines an employee/employer relationship.

I was referencing when coal asked if anyone had run a business. But to answer , no i wouldn't leave trailer. But honestly ,in all fairness, there has been some ambiguous posts, the one guy was said have abandoned 2 loads, he said when he wasn't paid as agreed. Actually the guys explanation of the event seems plausible, however f2f says it didn't happen that way. So us speculators. Are left to read between the line. It seems to be a given that pay is late, 5hat is agreed to by all involved. So given the fact agreed to by both sides there are pay problems, the guys claim cant be totally dismissed. In fact when the slow pay deal first came up , it was said not to be true. Seems it is, I think all parties directly involved should. Keep their eyes and options open. So from what's been posted i don't think. Anyone s claim on either side can be accepted or dismissed fully. There seems to have been some mistakes along BC the line, maybe it stemmed from growing to quick and hiring select tion wasn't the best, or. What monetary mistakes could have been made. Fact is there is a reason the 75 per cent model exists, its great to try 80 per cent but that extra 5 per cent makes a difference. If 880per cent was effective it would be the norm, don't forget these guys started at 90 per cent.

So instead of actually addressing the issues, you all are arguing semantics. Lmfao, this is a hilarious downward spiral...

Well, eoyore, I think the issues are being talked about in most cases, the employee vs employer puzzles me, someone's getting paid slow or not at all, doesn't matter what that relationship is. Some say he at it and help the company, some say no. That's really the issue.

Yes, and everyone here, Bill and Drivers, have admitted to it and all said they are working it out.

I was just pointing out that on many sets of books most things are not paid "on time".
