Millis would probably be a good fit for you. Stay a year or so, then if you don't like OTR it will be easy to switch to local/regional hazmat tanker work.ExOTR Thanks this. -

Once you get the 12 months then will be easy to switch to companies such as Mission Petroleum, Coastal Transport and similar companies.
Some drivers, such as me, discovered we prefer OTR over local. That's individual preference. You'll figure it out during your first 12 months.TheyCallMeDave and ExOTR Thank this. -
Millis has one of their driving schools/Terminals just south of Fort Worth in Alvarado. You could go home on weekends over training and go home any time your truck needs a pm etc.Chinatown Thanks this.
