was this a really high slump load that was dripping out of the back with everything rolling right? If so did your ticket from the company to take this load have a thin slump on the ticket? If so it should fall on the company,
Dominick253 and Jamie414 Thank this. -
Yes it had a 7 slump on paperwork it's a front loader but I don't have my 90 working days in yet I'm at 70 so I'm not in the union yet so I don't want to rock the boat to much just looking for any advice
Dominick253 Thanks this. -
is the ticket in your name? Generally work related tickets don't go on your driving record.
Dominick253 and Jamie414 Thank this. -
You won't be able to work for a mega......so it's a blessing

I'd fight the ticket anyways ... The cop might not show or maybe you can weasel out ....CargoWahgo, Hammer166, Straight Stacks and 1 other person Thank this. -
It's written to me

Yeah unless you can prove you were overloaded it is gonna be on you. I would first call up the DOT guy and see what he can do. You would be surprised and if he will not help fight it. Worst case scenario is you end up with the same problem and fine you have now.
Dominick253 Thanks this. -
There was no Dot on scene just a local copDominick253 Thanks this.
-
High a lawyer fight the ticket.
Dominick253 and Canned Spam Thank this. -
A local cop? That ticket can go away...
That is BS the ticket went to you and not the company.
Also being it was cleaned up by the company the Judge will probably throw it out.
All you need is a lawyer to talk to the DA.Dominick253 and Jamie414 Thank this.
