florida beauty express a bad company

    This is the worst company I have ever worked for.I have had my class a license for 38years and have never experianced the type of management and dis organization at fbe.there are over 100 trucks in thete yard they need drivers.here is why ....they do not keep there word.they have no proactive dispatch system.they have many fatal accidents the one I looked at on you tube killed the drsco..co driver and a family of four.thete csa score is terrible . They disrespect your time . I made 1.68 an hour thete pay schedule is a ruse. Sta away from this company and save youself a lesson no one wants to learn....

    That's what I'm wondering too. They have a bad rep and I heard they run the drivers like dogs for peanuts.

    There is actually a driver revolt going on there right now. The drivers are being mistreated and under payed. I had three friends in that area quit. With 2yrs of exp that pay you .32 a mile. Now that is very low.

    Why would an experienced driver take a 32 cpm job to begin with? Unless his record was so roached not even Western Express would touch him?

    That's the crazy part that I'm trying to understand. Florida beauty express has a lot illegal immigrants that works for dirt cheap in there warehouse. A lot of drivers that has bad licenses go to Florida beauty cause they will take them when no other companies will.

    FBE has not changed. There pay still sucks. I have a friend there that's a so called trainer and he tells me its still .22 for teams and .32 a mile for solo. for experienced drivers. But to start its .16 a mile for teams.
