I don't need or really want to know you. When you started to voice how you do business the broad picture was narrowed down quite a bit. I'm just glad that your doing what your doing far away on the other side of the border. I almost want to congratulate you on filling the "dog eat dog" niche and the "ill do the load for less than that guy" niche but deep down just feel bad knowing that with better business practices you could be making so much more. But hey you still got what twelve years to reflect on what I said. and if not I won't loose any sleep over it
How freightliners are made

All the Cacadias I have been around , were made in NC. Rock Hill , SC is where most Western Stars are made.Hurst Thanks this.

Are the Western Stars on their own frame and suspension? I never really paid much attention to the newer ones,.. always wondered if they cut costs and put them on Freightliners chassis.

No need for the childish behaviour. I'm really starting to doubt your advertised age. Lmao

deckeralliance, tucker and Mudguppy Thank this. -
There's something to be said for working all day for a dollar's profit, versus sitting at home and complaining that you can't find a $5 profit.
I've been forced to quit jobs because my hours were cut to the point that it cost me to go to work, even though I was making a pretty good hourly rate.
Everyone has a different business outlook, and a different niche. I won't talk smack about a flatbedder who can't/won't secure his tarps, because I have no skin in that game. For right now, I haul reefers, and as much as I really dont enjoy it, it's paying the bills and enabling me to put money aside every week until I can buy an older truck and pull dry vans again, my comfort zone. -
We all define competition differently,, as we all define success differently.
I'm not wrong about this, do not doubt me.
If its not for you, so be it. Its not for everyone, and neither is competition.
But then again, neither is government price fixing or government picking winners and losers. There will always be someone who can make a go of it for less money.spyder7723 and Hurst Thank this.
