The outbound guards are asinine. Most P&G outgating takes 5 minutes max. Vandalia averages 20 minutes a truck. Once it took over an hour for me to outgate - guard lost my seal, broke the new one, tried to give me the wrong paperwork - in other words Three Stooges without the sound track.

I went there 3 times in one week. I could never get it right on which lane is the outbound. They changed so many times. Now I only use that place, if I am in a jam. I don't see why you can't sign paper work at inbound. Then it prints out on the outbound side. Like sign one time for all paper work.

    Short version.

Arrived for a drop and hook. 3.5 hours later I was still sitting in line waiting to get in the gate.

Ran out of hours before I could get checked in.

Security guard thought it was gunning, made the mistake of laughing when he told me I couldn't park on the lot for my break. That situation got really ugly with me snacking the glass tasting him to come out of his little security area. Again, that was he short version, it was an ugly situation.

Dude from the main office came out and tried to inform me that I could legally drive x miles to get to a truck parking location once I was out of hours. That situation then went south, he remained in the security area as well.

Operations called me, told them I was out of hours and couldn't legally leave. I told them I was just going to bobtail out rather than get an empty, and line 5 it. They told me I couldn't and they needed to call a tow truck to pull me to a parking area. I told them they had lost their minds, and that I was bobtailing out.

On the way out, outbound security tried to make me fill some outbound pass out, told them I was gonna feed them the paperwork if they didn't let me out, and I proceeded out the exit.

Normally don't get angry like that, but my "get home" load was in Indy, and I needed to get back to Indy in order to take my break and be able to get home with the load the next day.

I've been back there since getting told to never come back, lol.

That night wasn't my proudest moment by any means.

Smh that was your fault.. You can drive to a nearest truck stop.. Note safe haven in remarks and you'll never hear a word from them
