Who are you insured with?

 

Same here with my agency, just call them and they send it out within 15 min

 

Through a Canadian broker, insurance company is old Republic which I think is the Canadian part of great west.

There is a lady whos sole job and purpose is to complete them and send them to you. I usually send her an email and within 5 minutes I get it sent to my email.
Every. Single. Time.

 

I am looking for a better insurance provider.
Can you please name who is your insurer if you like them (as you seem to like them just fine)?

I thought Farm Bureau was getting away from commercial truck insurance?
A cert should be done in less than 30 min. The agency I was with in TX would set you up to do your own if you didn't want to call or email us. They shall had 2 ladies & the account manager that would do them.

My broker is Hadley and Lyden. They have a website. I request mine through the website and it's auto generated in minutes.

 

Your Farm Bureau Agency staff is not doing their job. You can call and request the district manangers number. That will get them in gear, and you will have the information in the future to get your problems handled immediately.

I would shop insurance. If your agent is not able to handle simple tasks in a appropriate amount of time they do not deserve your premium dollars.
