That was totally legal in Texas 20 years ago

not all of us are bad. ive gotta say its a t least 10% of all bedbuggers. mostly the guys who are ONLY cash help and have no interest in getting a CDL. some of these guys are the same ones telling a driver how much they want before they even touch a walk board. in the long run they only hurt themselves.

I hated the outrageous money we had to pay lumpers.

If this is that important to you then you sir need to find the law yourself.I don't know the story but you should have turned coworkers into your boss right away.I can't blame your boss far as he's concern he doesn't have proof you wasn't drinking or smoking but had you called him right away I think things would be different.

What you can't smoke a dub and drink a couple are 12 beers and ride keeps going down hill

The lumpers that you deal with are actually worse than the ones the reefer guys deal wth. Just about every one of them in your business is a crackhead. They work just enough to get money for a high and then they're useless.
Your situation was one of those rare situations where I would have abandoned the truck if the boss didn't support me. Instantly. I would have walked with the keys. He could leave anything in my record he wanted. I could find other work. I'm not going to risk all my driving privileges for some crackheads.Mtn Gal Thanks this.
