    as for the TWIC card, how much are the fee's to get it? And how long does the processing take?

    Most 53' containers are a completely different animal from ocean containers and chassis. Especially pulling for JB Hunt, they will be on their own chassis, with tubeless tires, LED lights, etc.
    Most rail terminals don't require TWIC. If it is required, it will be at shippers that are chemical plants, and such. Except in the ports of NY, NJ, I only used my TWIC at a shipper in the port of Baltimore, and a refinery in New Orleans, but never at a railyard.
