How about a 2009 GMC TopKick with an 8.3 Cummins under the hood?

I was a mover for almost 20 years. Started as a lumper at 15 when I was in high school. Got my cdl at 18. Nothing I hated more than lumpers with mouths on them. A couple of times I had to go into my sleeper and grab my .45 to run a few off. Each time it was on the east coast. I do not miss being a mover one bit

Who did you coach for? Back in the day, I swam with Shirley Babashoff's younger sister. There is a movie coming out based on the systematic doping of the East German athletes that brutally demoralized the world in 72 and 76 that Shirley swam against. Back in the 60s, my dad swam for Santa Clara and Arden Hills swim clubs with Debbie Meyer, Mike Burton, and Mark Spitz....

I was the head coach for the Winston-Salem YMCA (WSY) for 23 years. Before that I was the head age group coach for SwimMAC out of Charlotte. Did you swim for Mark at Mission Viejo?

Some of these stories seem to be complete fabriications... Who in their right minds would allow A: Open / drinking beers and B: smoking dope in a truck cab that they were sitting in... either the OP was smoking and drinking with them.. OR this never happened.

    OK doctor, my mistake.

Either way, not something I'd be willing to bet my career/livelihood on. Your mileage may vary.

No, but my high school coach(coached at the same school for 35 years before he retired and passed a couple of years after) actually coached Gary Hall Sr. My dad swam against him.

My high school coach also created the lifeguard training program that many beach cities use. When they were putting together the cast of "Baywatch", they consulted with him about training the cast, so at least that aspect of the show was real...
