    So let's say I've got 15k in the bank, a common, used truck that has an affordable payment. I can rent to own a trailer thru these companies, and they provide everything needed to legally run their freight down the road? What about the plates and insurance, do they provide everything needed, or do I need stuff beyond what they supply?
