Most have a conduit function but might want to check. The multi meter will tell you if there's 12 volts also. Good to have a length of small gage wire with alligator clips to reach from one end tom another for shorts or broken wire.

The power terminals normally have nuts that hold the wires on the bottom side. I have seen quite a few that the nut backed of due to vibration and one of the wires fell off. So if the fuses are good but still no power, this might be the cause.
Samuel Coyne and flat top Thank this. -
Thanks! If there is no power when I check, I will investigate to see if this could've possibly happened.

Did you ever locate the problem? Just curious.
-
Yes, I did. It was a blown fuse. I feel stupid. I was looking at the fuse panel diagram upside down.. Lol.
tucker, northernhopper and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -
I have a real issue with those stupid cheap wiring harnesses that the truckstops sell. Those glass fuses were state of the art in what, 1972? The plastic housing that holds them are a joke. I went to O'Reilly's and bought a mini fuse holder and a 3 amp fuse. Spliced the holder inline, and no more issues. Besides, trying to find the glass fuses is getting more difficult these days.

3M™ Scotchlok™ Electrical Fuse Holders
Are a good solution.

Those inline connectors are a joke if there around any moisture. Nothing better than a more solid connection and Shrink Tube.
sshewins and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -
A $13walmart multimeter is priceless

Sometimes you can't see the filament broke in a bulb. A conduity tester will tell you if a bulb is good or junk.
sshewins Thanks this.
