I only bring it up because I have an interview tomrrow Hibbs & Co. and This has me wondering if I should stick with looking at reefers or tankers vs flatbed.......I have what you might call a very anlytical personality.

    I analyse things to death.

Flat bedding is a challenge, it keeps you on your toes. My suggestion is to get your CDL first. Once you accomplish that, if flat bedding still interest you, just keeps your eyes open on every load you see that goes by you so you can get a basic idea how it works. If you come across one of us somewhere at a truckstop or shippers, don't hesitate to ask questions, and if there trying to tarp or untarp, or put away the securement's, give them a hand. You will be surprised what you can learn.

Nothing boring because you are always checking your load going down the highway. Like what has been said before may times by @TripleSix you have to bring your A game every day otherwise people get hurt. You need a certain amount of pride to go along with that. Be proud of what you do by doing it safely.

Hi diesel Dave.....I have my Class A already. Got it at the beginning of the year. I've been having a hard time finding a job on 0 experience. The only companies otherwise that would look at me are Prime, and swift. I can't afford to go to school either.
