I was under the impression the toy truck is a superstition thing. Some guys think it's bad luck to ride empty so they throw the toy truck on the trailer.

You're from Minnesota find a milk hauler that shouldn't be to hard. Even if you start in a straight truck (which might be better anyway) you'll get experience. They tu 7 days a week and usually need help.

Company that I was thinking was based out of Princeton. I looked it up and they are out of Elk River.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong... But, I don't believe you need a bill of lading to strap down a toy on your deck. Of course that's assuming that you own the toy. To need a bill of lading for that, would mean you also need a bill of lading if you are strapping dunnage down on your deck.

Smart choice. You would hate flatbedding. All of that chaining and tarping, and being around those sadistic flatbed drivers.

You need one of those nice, cushy gigs where the recruiter makes it sound like you're going to get a good reach around in orientation. Then, go out and buy a new set of flip flops. Yeah, that's the ticket! New flip flops and and different color sweatpants for every day of the week. Get a driver manager that does all the thinking for you and the toughest part of your day will be wiping you arse. Screw all that flatbed work.

Hes a open deck driver, they only know 2 things. 1, if he can see bare deck, he needs more freight, and 2, always steer door slamers away from flatbeds, keeps more for him...... ask me how I know, ;)

You're in a flatbed forum pondering whether you should go flatbed or reefer. Of course a flatbed group is going to be pro flatbed. If you go to the reefer forum, the reefer crowd will all be pro reefer. Since there weren't any reefer people in here yet (they lurk around waiting for moments like these), I gave you the answer that the reefer people would.

Usually, if a person is asking for pros and cons, they will be happier pulling reefer.

I was actually trying to be negative so that the fat and unhappy crowd wouldn't need to come in and bother the big boned and happy gang.
