Are you the Gucci that makes womens purses? Which youtube channel is yours? I need to watch it. I need a good laugh.

You are begging for us to answer you question. We are not because if we did you wouldn't listen. You want to ask for help but then criticize thise you are asking help from. Grow up kid. Get out of mommy's basement, man up and get in a truck and drive.

One thing you need to understand is that no one works for free. Brokers provide a service and deserve to make a fair profit for their efforts. Some to seem to take more than their fair share, but that is where developing strong negotiating skills comes in to play. You can spend the time developing your own direct shipper contacts or use brokers. Either you spend your time making calls or let the broker do the calling and you do the driving. Some of us do have direct shippers and others have good relationships with brokers. Not all brokers are bad. I have a good relationship with several brokers and get decent rates from them. Even the largest carriers will use some brokers. It is rare that a carrier has all their own direct shippers. I would not worry so much about how much any broker makes. Concentrate on how much you make. If you can earn a good profit by using a broker, then what difference should it make as to how much profit the broker earns? TQL is a large brokerage with hundreds of employees. I would expect them to earn a tidy profit. So does CH Robinson. I think the paradigm of the broker/carrier/shipper should change. But, this is the business we have chosen to earn our living. You can beat your head against the wall or work within the rules.

Most owner operators will gross between around $125-175M per year. Few will gross over $200M unless they are in a specialized area of the industry. I know some who earn between $250-350M, but those are not the norm.
