    Got a broken exhaust manifold stud that I'm going to have to fix soon. What is the best studs to use? Should a guy go with ones right from the cat house or what? Just looking for some info.
    P.S. Already have aftermarket manifold.

    It's best to use the cat studs and tins isn't it...? Even with a aftermarket manifold ....

    I had one with 10mm studs that kept breaking. Drilled out and installed 12mm studs and they never broke again. That was with the PDI Big Boss turbo and manifold.

    Cat studs and PDI exhaust sleeves, the ones they make are a single piece design so there is no worrying about them separating.
